Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?

A full gourmet breakfast is included per paid guest with all room reservations featuring two courses, freshly brewed coffee, lattes or cappuccinos, and fruit juices.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 am – 8:00 am Monday through Thursday and from 7:00 am – 9:00 am Friday through Sunday, in the formal dining room. Please inform us of your time preference the night prior or upon arrival as breakfast is made to order.

We also offer rates without breakfast if your travel plans do not allow to enjoy our breakfast, coffee and teas are still available.

If you wish to invite friends or family not staying at Lady Geneva to join you for breakfast, please confirm availability at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 fee per person will be charged to your credit card on file or alternative payment provided at the time of booking.

I have family and friends in the area, can I invite them for breakfast?

Yes! Based on availability, we are able to accommodate additional guests for breakfast. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements. A fee of $25 per person will be charged to your credit card on file or alternative form of payment provided at the time of booking.

My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Check in time is 3:00 pm. For guests arriving early, we are happy to provide recommendations of fun activities and things to do in the area. Let us know your arrival time and we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals based on availability. We can also store your luggage until your room is ready.

My flight leaves later in the evening, can I get a late check-out?

Our check out time is 11:00am. Please check with your host the day prior to departure to confirm availability for a late check out. 

Is parking available on property?

Parking for one car per room is available on property. Additional parking can be found on Geneva Street.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are allowed on property.

Do you offer transportation from the airport or bus station?

We do not offer transportation but there are several taxi companies that we can recommend.

Can I have a party at the house?

Parties are not allowed out of respect for other patrons. If you wish to rent the entire property for an event please contact the host.

Where is the nearest gas station?

The nearest gas station is located 3 minutes away at Safeway.  If you are a member of Costco or Fred Meyer’s, directions to those can be provided.

Where is the nearest ATM?

The nearest ATM is from Wells Fargo Bank inside the SafeWay supermarket located 3 minutes away. The nearest Wells Fargo Bank is on McAndrews between Biddle and Crater Lake Highway. Other banks are available in the area. Please see host for directions.

Where is the nearest movie theater?

The nearest movie theater is a bistro style theater located inside the Medford Center two blocks away.

Are there any good restaurants within walking distance of Lady Geneva?

Yes, Lady Geneva is within less than a mile walking distance of downtown Medford. You’ll find a variety of restaurant options, from family owned Italian to Sushi, Tapas to Burgers and more. We will be happy to share our favorites when you arrive.

How far are you from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theater venues?

Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast is located 12.7 miles from Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theater venues. Approximately 19-20 minutes drive on I-5 South.

How far are you from I-5?

Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast is easily accessible from I-5. We are 2.1 miles from I-5 S exit 30 and 2.3 miles from I-5 N exit 27.

How far are you from the Britt Music and Arts Festival Pavilion?

Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast is located 6 miles from the Britt Festival Pavilion. Approximately 10-15 minutes scenic drive via Main Street and OR-238.
