COVID-19 Statement

STATEMENT UPDATED as of July 2020

Dear guests,

During this time of uncertainty over the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wish to reassure you that nothing is more important to us than providing the best possible experience for our guests. That includes maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The health, safety, comfort and overall well being of our guests and our family is our top priority. 

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and are taking all precautionary measures. 

After many years managing 5-star resorts,we have always adhered to the highest cleanliness and food safety standards. We ensure we are going above and beyond because Lady Geneva Bed & Breakfast is also our home. 

We are working in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and local health authorities.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning our dining room, door handles, guest rooms, bathrooms, and high traffic and touch areas. 

As added peace of mind, we also provide face masks, shoe covers, hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes for guests to use upon arrival.

We encourage our guests to wash hands frequently and offer all natural, antibacterial Castille soap, locally made by Emz Blendz soaps. 

Most importantly, we encourage you to stay home when you are sick or have been near anyone who’s sick. If you need to cancel your upcoming reservation for any reason, please let us know. We have waived deposit and cancellation penalties. 

As a small business, we ask for your support of local and family businesses during these unpredictable times. We are all being greatly impacted. Consider purchasing a gift certificate for a future stay, ordering take out from your favorite local restaurant or call ahead and pick up your coffee from your favorite coffee shop. But most of all, be safe and take every precaution available to you. We’re all in this together.
