This luxurious suite is named in honor of Florence Olds Buhrman, the first lady to own The Buhrman House. The house was built in 1914 as a wedding gift to Florence from her father Millard D. Olds, owner of the Owens-Olds Lumber Company, the largest timber mill of the area. She lived in the home with husband G.L. Buhrman from 1920 until 1935. Florence enjoyed travel, visiting Japan, China and France via transatlantic voyage.
Located on the second floor, the spacious Queen bedroom features a walk-in closet, seating area and newly built en suite bathroom with free-standing retro style tub and overhead shower. The corner room faces west and overlooks the gardens and rear patio of the home with plenty of natural light. The perfect suite for couples on honeymoon, celebrating an anniversary or any romantic getaway.
